Employee Benefits

Salary & Payment
Salary will be calculated and disbursed on monthly basis not weekly or daily & calculated till end of previous month. Payment will be directly credited to your bank account on the 7th of next month. ESI and PF will be paid on their respective due dates to the department. A payslip will be given with all salary details. Any issues with salary calculation should be brought to the notice of the supervisor within 3 days.


Health Insurance

Employees are protected financially from unexpected health emergencies through Government’s Employee State Insurance (ESI). Enrolment will also be facilitated towards the central government’s Ayushman Bharath scheme.


Provident Fund

The contribution will be made towards the government’s employee provident fund (EPF). Employees will get regular income in the form of a pension after retirement. Amount invested acts as a good saving on which healthy interest is added by the government. It can also be withdrawn in case of necessity as approved by the government.


Leaves

1 weekly holiday given to all the employees. There are no festival holidays or national holidays as restaurants operate 24×7 & 365 days.


Room facility

A few employees will be given room facility in the same building as the restaurant. Facilities include sleeping space, open shelf, locker, bathroom, toilet, hot water and electric power. This way employees don’t have to find a rented room faraway & can save their expenses with all the facilities provided here.


Uniforms

3 sets of uniforms material will be given to each employee per year by the company. Stitching can be done by employees at a tailor of their choice by giving measurements & reimbursement will be given.


Food

All employees will be given basic food at a separate cafeteria during their working hours. Food will be served 4 times a day at defined periods. This way employees don’t have to carry food from outside nor do they have to go outside for food. This allows for undistracted work during the working hours. Food is freshly prepared as per local taste, and it is ensured to be done in a hygienic manner.


Food at discounted prices

Employees can buy any food from the restaurant at 25% discount to the price in the menu. This way employees can experience food and service enjoyed by the customers


Fixed Working Hours

All employees have a fixed working hours of 9 hours per day at time as mutually decided between employee and management as per the role assumed. This allows employees adequate rest time and work life balance.


Responsibility

Employees are given a detailed job description, the scope of work is defined and they mostly work cohesively within their department, responsibility is clear. This clears room for conflict and ambiguity.


Appraisal and Salary Increment

Performance will be evaluated by the manager and performance rating will be given after discussion and sharing feedback. This will be done at the closing of every financial year and not during the year. It will be used as a basis for deriving increment and promotion.
